SMS Communication & Mobile Privacy Policy

Gravitational Marketing is a DBA of Scend, LLC. Rich Dealers is also a DBA of Scend, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) may send SMS text messages to customers who have provided prior consent during a live phone call or through another approved opt-in method.

This section explains how mobile information is collected, used, stored, and protected in relation to our SMS communications.

How We Collect Mobile Information

We collect mobile phone numbers only when a customer provides them voluntarily during a business interaction. For SMS messaging, customers must provide express verbal consent during a live phone call with a Gravitational Marketing representative, or opt in through another documented method. We do not send SMS messages without prior consent.

How We Use Mobile Information

We use mobile phone numbers for the following business purposes:

Sending payment links Delivering invoices or payment reminders

Confirming service details or requested information

Following up on an active business inquiry

Transactional and customer-support purposes

We do not use phone numbers collected for SMS purposes to send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.

Opt-In & Opt-Out Informationn

By providing verbal consent during a phone call or opting in through another approved method, customers agree to receive SMS messages related to their account or service.

Customers may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless the customer provides new consent.

Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be shared only with trusted service providers who assist us in delivering SMS messages (such as our SMS platform or telecommunications partners). These providers are prohibited from using the data for their own marketing.

Data Retention

We retain mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records only as long as necessary to fulfill the transactional purpose for which the customer opted in, or as required by law. Customers may request deletion of their information by contacting us.

Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard mobile information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
