Welcome to Social Gravity – where your content takes orbit.

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Social Gravity platform (“Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Overview

Social Gravity is a social media scheduling and publishing tool that allows you to connect, manage, and post to your social media accounts—including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter (X).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use our Service. By using Social Gravity, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Access and Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.

  • You agree to only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

  • You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or spam-related content.

  • You retain full ownership of your content. We do not claim any rights to your posted material.

4. Third-Party Platform Access

To function properly, Social Gravity requires access to third-party platforms via official APIs (such as Facebook Graph API, YouTube Data API, etc.). You authorize us to access, use, and interact with your accounts per the permissions you grant during login.

You acknowledge that:

  • We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or service interruptions caused by those platforms.

  • We may lose access to features or functionality due to decisions made by third-party platforms, and you accept such limitations.

5. User Content

You retain full rights to all content you create or schedule using our platform. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Social Gravity.

By using our Service, you agree that:

  • You will not post content that violates any laws or infringes on any third-party rights.

  • You grant us limited permission to store, cache, and process your content only as needed to provide the Service.

6. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the Service to:

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

  • Post content that is false, misleading, libelous, hateful, threatening, or violates any law.

  • Interfere with the normal operation of the platform or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

If your use of Social Gravity includes paid features or subscription plans:

  • All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Cancelation of a subscription will stop future billing, but previously paid fees will not be refunded.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in conduct that harms our platform, brand, or other users.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do our best to make Social Gravity awesome, but we can’t guarantee perfection.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, posting success, platform integration, or error-free performance. Use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Gravity and its affiliates will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Any loss of data, revenue, or profits.

  • Any damages resulting from third-party service disruptions (e.g., social platform outages or API changes).

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
